New education legislation has made a clearer distinction between church and state. Each party’s functions and duties are now defined in a much more detailed way.
Regarding Jan Kriel we have therefore also had to distinguish between Jan Kriel School and Jan Kriel Institute. These two establishments are still directly connected to each other, though.
