Proudly sponsored by Food Lover's Market, the 21st Jan Kriel Tekkie Challenge took place Saturday, 6 September 2025 and was bursting at the seams with almost 3000 participants compared to the 2000 participants in 2024!
The support from the Kuilsrivier community, Jan Kriel School family and friends, the larger running community, businesses registering bulk entries for their employees and of course Food Lover's Market's participation- was really remarkable. This event’s income is specifically earmarked for sport and sports development at Jan Kriel School which of course also includes sports for the disabled, usually requiring expensive, specialist equipment.
