New arrival

Jan Kriel School is in a very privileged position to have 16 busses transporting more than 200 learners between their homes and the school every day. Together these busses travel over 30,000 km’s per month!

With the safety of our learners in mind, the Jan Kriel Institute endeavors to swop the oldest of these busses with a new bus every year. A new Iveco bus, certified to carry 12 seated passengers and 2 wheelchair passengers and furnished with a wheelchair lift, was delivered to the school early in May.

Thank you to our donors for making this possible!

Emihle Mtshotshisa, Grade 11 learner, tests the wheelchair lift with Elmarie Gentle,

Rev André van Wyk & Gerrit Odendaal (headmaster).
